Project manager for a geotechnical\ninvestigation and foundation report for proposed engine test units in a heavy\nequipment factory.&nbsp; Coordinated field\nwork and laboratory testing, analysis of Russian CPT and laboratory data, and\npreparation of recommendations for piled and raft foundations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Didsbury School,\nDidsbury, Alberta:<\/strong>&nbsp;\nProject engineer responsible for field investigations, preparation of\nfoundation report, detailing foundation alternatives and onsite foundation\ninspections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hotel\nDevelopment, Canmore, Alberta:<\/strong>&nbsp; Design engineer responsible for field\ninvestigation and report preparation, including foundations and slope stability\nassessment.&nbsp; This large complex was\nproposed to be constructed on a slope overlooking the Town of Canmore and the\nBow River Valley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gas Plant, Fort\nSt. John, BC:<\/strong>&nbsp;\nDesign engineer responsible for field investigation and report\npreparation for a remote gas plant in northeastern British Columbia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Diesel Electric\nGenerating Station, Yellowknife, NWT:<\/strong>&nbsp; Design engineer responsible for foundation\ninvestigation for a major expansion of the Jackfish Lake generating\nstation.&nbsp; Project required assessment of\npotentially liquefiable sands, conducting cone penetration tests, and\nconsideration of geological processes and lake bathometry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Oilfield Waste\nIncineration Facility, Big Valley, Alberta:<\/strong>&nbsp; Design engineer responsible for planning and\nsupervision of the field program, and preparation of the geotechnical report\nthat included foundation schemes and contaminant containment systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gas Compressor\nProject, Cochrane, Alberta:<\/strong>&nbsp; Project manager and design engineer responsible\nfor geotechnical investigation, review of previous data, coordination of\nelectrical resistivity studies, development of foundation parameters (including\npiles and shallow footings) and lateral load calculations for piles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bankers Hall\nLitigation, Calgary, Alberta:<\/strong>&nbsp; Provided technical review, guidance and\nadvice to legal counsel for $23 million dollar litigation.&nbsp; Conducted detailed forensic study of\nproblems, contributory factors and remediation.&nbsp;\nPrepared expert witnesses and reviewed testimony of all technical\nwitnesses.&nbsp;
